The winners of the regional improvement project competition for public spaces of the Rostov Region were declared. 71 applications were received. Parks and public gardens in residential areas of the Rostov region accounted for over 50% of the projects.
Rural settlements of the Neklinovsky District presented eight projects. After technical review, expert selection and public presentation, the following projects were shortlisted: Redoubt Public Park in Nikolaevka settlement (about 16.7 million rubles) and an area in front of the Church of All Saints in Sinyavka settlement (about 11 million rubles). The projects will be delivered by November 1, 2019.
