On November 20, Vasily Danilenko, Head of the Administration Office of the Neklinovsky District, made a report at the meeting with residents of Nosovskoye rural settlement. He announced results of social and economic development of the Neklinovsky District for nine months of 2018 and named priorities for work in 2019.
1,752 million rubles were contributed to the district’s budget, with expenses reaching 1,669 million rubles.
Average monthly wages increased by 16% (from 2017) and amounted to 23,479 rubles.
Investments from various sources totaled over 1,300 million rubles were channeled to the district’s economy.
Tourism actively developed: the Liman Vine Festival was held twice, the Time of Swords historic re-enactment was organized, the People’s Fishing Festival was arranged.
In 2018, the premises to house the district’s museum were repaired. The state expert assessment department approved of construction projects of schools in Nikolaevskoye and Troitskoye rural settlements. It is planned to start construction of a branch of the Pokrovskaya Art School in Troitskoye rural settlement (the contract price is about 57 million rubles).
20 residential properties were bought for orphaned children, another 10 eligible citizens will get residential properties by late 2018.
Dry spring and summer had a considerable effect on the harvest quality. Gross output of grains and leguminous crops was 335,000 tons, which is 185,000 less than in 2017. The average level of crop yield in the district was 32.5 centners per hectare vs. 54.2 in 2017.
